Window blinds are natural wear and tear in most states in the US.

I have gotten some joy looking at animals outside instead for now (like birds and such, I sometime had bird feeder near window), and pet cats at other people’s places.

Apartments that do the pet rent are often $700+ just to be prohibitively expensive but still follow the law. It's a racket
The fur is nonstop...even if they don't 'piss n' shit' on everything, I eat fur more than I'd like to 2/
Also that building had a mouse problem once and I was like, you know a natural way of keeping mice away....???
