I also always loved that Sophie and Hardison were the really soft and emotionally open ones who kind of lead with the heart, which makes Eliot and Parker feel jointly very protective of them because they work really differently

I love that in Season 5 Hardison makes their new base a brew pub specifically because he knows Eliot will get involved and it gives him something to do. (And puts in Parker-sized air vents)
