The fundamental flaw with the Democratic Party is that they do not recognize themselves as political leaders who drive and shape public opinion, but as especially powerful bureaucrats. It’s probably related to how many of them come urban machines where getting elected is basically getting promoted

Voting is a use of power. Voting to ratify the expected does not feel empowering. Voting for change *does*. And simply voting against the expected does, too.
See e.g. Martha Coakley's loss to Scott Brown. (And - I'd argue - the Hillary and Harris campaigns.)
How about stop being a behind the line attacker or just being honest with your followers and admitting you're a Republican trying to destroy/divide the Democratic party?

What court case (won by Democrats) has he mentioned?
What demonstration (lead by Democrats) has he mentioned?

The only time I have an actual choice is every 4 yrs for President
The few that have held real jobs are evident.
Infiltrate from the inside and force the D politicians to do what you want them to do.
This actually takes work by people, grassroots, boots on the ground work. Start locally and get those Ds out.
Thats what we have been doing. For years.
What have you personally done?
We have to change it ourselves. Push and scare these D reps into doing what we want or getting the fuck out of office. It’s on we the people now 💗.
I and other mom activists are actually fighting for our own
LGBTQ and biracial children here in Texas, with actual ground work, with loudness and noise.
Big difference between talking on social media and actually getting up and working towards change.
That little shove from a couple hundred people gets them moving.
They're like a cat stalking a flock of pigeons that waits so long for the exact right moment to pounce that it starves.
