Here’s a GR8 article explaining difference between JUDICIAL warrant (complies with 4th Amendment) & ADMINISTRATIVE warrant (NOT compliant w/4th Am). ICE did NOT have a judicial warrant & DOJ/Bondi now UNCONSTITUTIONALLY claim don’t need one under #AEA (which is BS).
