Any solution to the Musk Coup will be political. Think of the Admin Nerd Lawyers as wildly buying time for you, the American Citizen to figure out what the heck is going on and to put a stop to it. What I have suggested is the People’s Remedy: no member should vote for any bill that does not provide an opportunity for an agency to re-hire probationary employees fired during the Executive Branch’s unlawful crime spree. The time period would apply would be from January 20 until April 15.

The People Remedy’s is powerful since it speaks to two issues. First, the cases challenging the firings are the least successful so far because the President’s removal power is considerable. Second, in addition, it is a powerful statement for Congress to make to Trump: We Appropriate, Period.

This is a simple ask. Put it on any vehicle of communication media, town halls, Tik Tok etc. Call your Congressperson, especially the Republicans, and say we value federal employees, especially the young ones, who are the future of a democratic bureaucracy.
