Senator--Its against ADA. WHY? People who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing/Late Deafened and use sign language will not be able to go to an office, because SSA offices don't have interpreters on site. They rely on video phone or video relay to call SSI. Its against ADA. Use current law to fight this.

I’m for all online SS related activity. I do know if you initially select to have income tax w/h at initial sign up , you can do it online. To change the w/h amount , you need to see a person at a SS office. I know there are SS recipients who are not tech savvy , so an in office visit is better.
