I believe this would void student loan contracts. The student loan contracts say the are owned and payable to the department of education, it’s says servicing can be transferred, not the loan. If Dept education, doesn’t exist the contracts cease to exist. I say let it go then defend loan holders.

Download and store every loan contract you have, account statement, and payment history, and store in a safe place.

Do not volunteer this information to any loan servicer that may contact you.
