Good morning, all. Today is Jimbo's birthday and our anniversary. We'll spend a couple of days in Ocala for a mini-getaway. My favorite tacos in Florida are there, so I expect to eat some tacos de lengua, de sesos, maybe even de tripas before the end of the day.
