my friends taught me "Frank and Joanne ran down Transit from Amherst to Allen" (i think this is it) which makes me want to cringe and curl up into a ball when i say it outloud

I enlisted at 18 and was one of like 4 northerners at Basic Training. They all roasted my accent, specifically with the word "car"
