No, one of Biden’s picks also withdrew because she didn’t have the votes. It’s normal to rigorously vet the nominees. It’s not normal to nominate so many controversial people with no relevant experience. Trump won, but that doesn’t mean everyone is obliged to rubber stamp his every action.

I agree. My fear is legislators will keep it and act as if it is enough. Universal free meals is one topic in the plan to dismantle public education. If we are heard and legislators keep UFM, we must continue to advocate for the future of public education itself.
