As someone that had worked in the Food Service industry, I know that there are NOT enough inspectors. Food Safety is not a joke; people can get seriously ill or even die form Food Borne Illness.
Ending inspections will only lead to more people suffering.

Well no, states do have ultimate authority over food safety. This means states which care will survive and ones that don't will die. It sucks, but the far right effectively voted for their own genocide without knowing it. Center right and left should be fine though.
