quick gripe:
i'm timed out & have to re-sign into the same work system 8+ times a day, each requiring multiple authentication steps. often i ALSO have to sign into another one 3-4 times a day w/ an even more elaborate process.

such a seemingly small thing, but damn the friction fatigue adds up FAST
