Our chemoenzymatic synthesis of the lasso peptide Microcin J25 is out now in JACS! We used flow-SPPS to synthesize several sidechain- and backbone-modified precursor peptides and demonstrated their in vitro transformation. https://pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.1021/jacs.4c03898
