I’ve noticed a lot of stories and media outlets, even @npr.org seem to be putting out lots of “unity content”. Lots of “put your politics aside for the holidays”, lots of “find common ground.” I’m sorry, but no. I know my worth & if your politics don’t find me worthy, you can fuck all the way off.

Never putting THAT shit aside.
No. That’s like asking a domestic violence survivor to go back to their abuser. We need to stop expecting people to get over the election when one side is set to harm another.

When they say “unity” I hear “you should smile more”.
I guarantee the future news stories are GOP voters getting sympathy cuz “we didn’t think Trump would really do that”.
Especially for our trans friends. We may be the only one in their circle who can humanize them.
That doesn’t mean unity. But it does mean skipping the disowning path.
Read us even when we publish PR for oligarchs?
Generosity, inclusion, egalitarianism: good

I can't just agree to disagree with fascism. If you voted for this I can't forgive you.
1. When evidence exists that someone committed crimes, a trial & verdict should commence.
2. The President is not above the law.
If anyone can’t agree with these 2 simple premises, then THEY are refusing to even begin to find common ground!
