The Old Barnaker House. Every kid has heard about it. Everybody has a different awful story about it. All of them agree it is a very bad place.
80s 'Kids Cthulhu'.
This is one of the other players' first time playing CoC, and it's very sweet seeing the system anew through their eyes.

I found it easy to run & engaging. It elicited visceral reactions from players without me even trying hard. (At all, really.)

Honourable mention:

You play amnesiac robots on an abandoned moon mine. Nothing to do with CoC, right?
Wrong this is a HARD twist on classic Cthulhu material.

Probably be better as a movie - Silent Running meets Cthulhu - or a short story. A quality author really needs to get this into prose form. It would win awards.
That, & a niche scenario called TEN,
An incredible, ambitious piece of story telling, that brought out the best in players.
If you ever get the chance to play this, especially with Mark, do it.
A perfect modern scenario for players who love a moral dilemma!
We mostly try to focus on community content and try and leave official scenarios alone, but how can we resist a call to action from the ineffable Lynne Hardy?
In that one evening we did 3, maybe even 4, runs of the second 1/2 to 2/3 of the scenario, trying new things each time
Looks like @rinahaenze.bsky.social is gonna have to run it for us. 😉
What do I win? Do I win Scott Dorward?
