It's been a dream-come-true of mine to do a storybook collaboration for this tragic fairytale poem I wrote about mandragoras, ill-fated love, & Plainsfolk bonding day customs. Please enjoy!

(also seeing Mitan at the end.... my heart!!)
(The poem is based on lore from the Onion Prince’s minion description!)

Huge props to you and Jimi for your hard work on this, it's so so good
I’m not a very *prolific* creative in volume or regularity, but I’m very proud of how I cooked with internal rhyme and wordplay, incorporating lore from the item descriptions and general folktale tone on this one.
Some of the most fun folklore crafting I've ever put together, and someday my plainsfolk creativity will return from the war and hopefully do more!
(A heap of onions is a fun and bewildering, practical gift to unleash upon your tallfolk friends as they get bonded. And as good excuse as any to share this poem.)
Thank you! I wrote the poem 2 years ago & have been performing it live in-game in macros on the RP scene here & there, but wanted to have it in storybook format, to take around to libraries, bookshops & such.
So I asked a friend to revisit it as an art commission - I'm thrilled people enjoy it!
- Originally Written for In-Game bard-poet performance!
I have a macro'd version of this story I trot out to bonding receptions, taverns, bookstores... Please let me know if you'd be interested in host us for an RP "booksigning" event or live poetry show on NA datacenter!
