1.8kg it was labelled as top roast, NOT blade or brisket.
So I guess in 5-6hrs we shall see. Simple salt and SEAR in hot pan. I have put in 2 onion cut into quarters and some vegetable stock because that's what I had on hand and any extra flavour is good right?
