It's a fun theory but I think it gives Musk too much credit. Having seen so many "it's secretly a strategy" takes over the years, I tend to think that smart, rational people often struggle to understand how irrational others can be. Sometimes they're as dumb as they look!
Yeah, it's interesting coming only a few weeks after the meeting between the two before Christmas. And the fact Musk has suggested Rupert Lowe as a potential replacement suggests it might just be one big wind up.
Come on. This is a strategy played well. They are absolutely on the same page and by the time Britannia will realise this it will be very too late indeed
Not really. Itβs become a knee jerk reaction among progressives to believe there is some clever plan at the root of the madness. Totally evidence free.
Nope. Rich powerful people know they can do or say whatever pops into their heads without much in the way of repercussions. They've grown up without consequences.
There's no long game or smart thinking. It's just dumbassery getting sanewashed by their media bros.
It looks a bit like the negotiations on Dragon's Den. Musk offer Farage $100m for a 100% stake in Reform PLC where he dictates who runs the party and who is allowed to join. Farage then makes a counter offer saying for $50m you can have some influence on the direction of the My Party.
We'll know this is true if a) Farage stays and b) Musk donates anyway. I think that's quite likely. But it is noteworthy that Musk slated Farage immediately after Farage contradicted him re Tommy Robinson. That does look a lot like the thin skin of a man unused to being gainsaid.
Nah, he's just a egotistical insomniac drug addict having a breakdown bilging words. I do not believe Musk is currently capable or willing to carry out a relatively sophisticated long con to the benefit of a third party.

Musk doesn't want to be seen that way.

Honestly it's probably 2 twats being utter morons π€·ββοΈ
It's also alienating some or even a decent amount of his support.
