I was struck by the let’s stiff all the federal vendors by not paying them part of the plan. Also seems bad to no longer pay for VA health care. Then do all that without congressional approval and say out loud the conservative SCOTUS will rule in their favor.

Yeah, whichever mix would work. Of course, since he expects his employees to work 80 hours/wk, and doesn't like to pay people, he could get a contract, and just let govt employees fulfill the contract (by them doing the actual work)

Every c-suite MBA has a list of jobs they don't value. That doesn't mean the jobs don't have value. Most c-suite suits are exposed to that lesson with the first cuts - I won't say "learn"; I've seen plenty of leaders preparing to shoot the other foot to check if bullets are left in the gun.
