just throwing out there, the deadline to file for election is August 2025. if you live in atlanta and are one of the 115,000 people who signed the Cop City ballot initiative petition, find out who your city council member is and think about running against them!

all atlanta city council seats and the mayor's office are up for election this november and as far as I can tell, there's almost no engagement from the atlanta lefts/progressives...I get it and also it feels like a problem to me!
