Sorry to hear you're feeling low. I can understand that. I've always wondered, do actors regularly get therapy given that actors cycle through enormous emotions as part of their work, but wouldn't be generally be feeling day to day? I can only imagine having to evoke that spectrum day in and out.

Feeling low is never fun. I jump in sometimes when Alanah is playing a game I really jam to, and whenever you end up walking in and sitting down to join her, I'm certain many of us fist-pump excitedly because you actually totally rule.
