FYI, I opened the article and was invited to contribute to my local NPR station. I agreed, indicated the station's call sign (WKGC), and was redirected to a page-not-found response.

I used to listen to VOA and other nations' broadcasts on shortwave long ago (during the Cold War era). 👍
