North Carolina Governor Josh Stein said that FEMA will stop matching 100% of the money for Hurricane Helene recovery in North Carolina. Donald Trump’s administration refused Stein’s request to extend its 100% reimbursement period for another 180 days calling it “unwarranted.” Appalling.
