There used to be quite a few very old, abandoned & rickety old houses in the town I grew up in. My younger brother and I were explicitly told by my parents they were dangerous & never go inside. Yeah, we couldn’t help ourselves. 🙄

she caught my brother & his friend at one close to home, the neighbour called her.
But other than that,not until years later.
Told them last summer when I went for a visit.I used to climb the old poplars next to the hillside to the very top.I spent hours swaying in wind, talking to🌳
