Wasn't a ninja turtles toy guy because I was aging out (plus I had SW and GI Joe) but the only two action figures I had were Usagi Yojimbo and Donatello.
He was the most useful Turtle in all of the retro TMNT games. The bow was the longest weapon. Don't try to play with Raphael unless you want to be frustrated.
