I've 'invented' a drink that I am calling the `Once and Done`.

After having a few of them this last week while in Cancun, I can say confidently that it's aptly named.

It's half Baileys (aka, Irish Cream) and half rum (dark?), on the rocks.

Depending on the rum used, might taste a bit like Kahlúa.
