Watch your follow and follower counts. I took mine down to 0, locked my account and magically, someone keeps giving me people that I don't know in the follow column. I block them. There are 2 but they don't show me the names. Elmo is up to no good.

Same (well, archived and deleted all the content, but kept account to reserve the handle), but I have zero interest in helping Musk earn legitimacy and money through my content so that tipped me over.

I still have the content and might import it here someday, so nothing of value truly lost.

I thought about doing the same. Then I deactivated my account permanently. I might (if I'm feeling snarky) go in open a shadow account, no followings, and drop some facts on the masses.
