Honestly no one should be there its cruel and unusual punishment which is a right in our constitution.

I so wish the judge would respond:
"Listen Assholes: I have jurisdiction over YOU. And if you don't do as I order, those guys in El Salvador won't be the only ones in jail. Now, hop to it."
