Embryos that have the Y chromosome need hormones to turn it on before it can develop male genetalia. So there are cis-women walking around with XY chromosomes.

Yes, in pregnancy, a fetus unique DNA cells live forever in mothers bodies-even cross the brain blood barrier. Everyone who ever got pregnant forever has that person living in them regardless of the pregnancy outcome. Intersex people are born with all types of genitalia. Genitalia expression never confers how people identify themselves.Its cruel to tell anyone they must identify themselves solely on how their parts appear. Again, sex is determined by Male Sperm. Science acknowledges chromosomal alternates.
