The thing is, if you're going back to the EU Single Market, you may as well just re-join the EU in full! Because UK is already a rule-taker with no say in European rules, standards and regulations.

All I meant was, the 2 larger parties really don't want to reopen the discussions on Europe that have so scarred the country. Also it isn't entirely within UK PM's gift to re-join because 27 countries have a veto.
If you're in the Single Market, you should really re-join in full.
