The Golan has “belonged” to probably at least a dozen known “countries” (the meaning of what a country is dynamic).
It does not excuse intentional starvation of a people (which you concede is an act of genocide).
It does not excuse bombing civilians to clear the land for annexation.
If there's a Palestinian genocide is debatable, if there's a Gazan genocide is not.
As for intent, it would require willful ignorance to believe the ethnic cleansing in Gaza is an accident.

Why is Germany being anti-Semitic by opposing the self-determination of the Jewish People (tm) by telling them what sovereign countries they can or can't invade??
