They start with a cognitive distortion, I'm superior to you. Every interpersonal dynamic must confirm this. Other people have to be diminished for them to perceive superiority. Marriages, businesses or gov't the dynamic is the same. One has to b destroyed otherwise there can b no way to b superior.
