This isn’t fascism yet, but it’s how it begins.
We’re not there while courts still rule independently and dissent still speaks.
But arresting a judge without oversight? That’s how the ground gets laid.

The FBI ignored the rule of law (see my other comment on the precedent) and due process.
I guess this is the only possible reason why Patel deleted his tweet: he realized he was could be then accountable for an illegal act.

In a nutshell: These acts are to be judged by the state Commission on Judicial Conduct, not federal executive agencies.
That's the same in most democracies for courts, schools, hospitals...
