I think at this point they'd see it all burn and just move somewhere away from it all and say how sad it is that there's nothing they can do but keep themselves safe. Much like we are seeing ceos hire security rather than address the reasons they're being targeted.

Slowly it will dawn on them that they can’t just move somewhere away from it all, because it will be everywhere, and they need society to function enough to fund & serve them. Who is going to staff and fix their homes in the places they move to? No man is an island, not even a billionaire.

Well using a neural network for climate analysis is nothing new. Its not obvious why this should be a superior to „classical“ model approaches.
