One thing with this HRT discourse is that injectables are not even covered on the NHS.
That and 'official' forms of HRT are low dosages or limit your options whilst still requiring you to engage in advocacy labour between GICs and doctors. GPs can just refuse to prescribe to you and it is allowed.

I think it's more of a me thing where yeah what I have does work best for me, but feeling a bit like I don't have as many options even 'officially' to explore alternatives that might be better. Either because they're not offered or being too nervous to reach out or try other options.
