Agree it’s hard to see him survive if we don’t win it. I dont agree that a team with ambition can’t have a season like this and still be successful if the underlying fundamentals are right and players believe but I do see yr point. Crazy if we win the EL, he’s our most successful manager since 1982

Not at all. You have to look at his tenure as a whole. over two years that’s a big enough sample size to say we are not progressing as we should under him. Since the first ten games we are at or below mid table. Is that what you are expecting from a Tottenham manager?

Poch had 5years.We didn’t win anything in that time but I would say up until the defeat against Utd in FA cup Semi we could see forward progress.A manager to stay in his job has to show forward momentum.I think we can say for the last 14/15months we have regressed. Certainly in our ability to win.

That Villa was two months into his reign. From the stoke game onwards we moved forward. I don’t think you can argue that Ange has done the same. Even when we had a full squad we weren’t pulling up trees.

If he wins the Europa league then despite the poor league record over two years and eighteen months definitely then he has stay of execution to push the team on. I don’t think he has shown he can do that.

we're finally doing the 'painful rebuild' Poch said we needed 6 years and started by selling our best ever player. We cant expect to do a painful rebuild without any pain! This is the pain he referred to - going backwards for a bit before we move forwards. What did people think 'painful' meant?!

Totally onboard with a painful rebuild although some of the pain would surely come from selling our best player. However, at the moment there
Is nothing to support the fact that Ange is the right man to oversee the rebuild.
