not sure they care about CIA agents, though. the one thing that is getting everybody to pay attention is the threat to their ss, medicare and other personal resources. in a capitalist society, people only care about money. when the first SS checks don't show, we'll see real protest.
To be clear, I’m not trying to downplay the severity of the struggle trans people face. Rather, I’m trying cobble an alternate perspective together that at least vaguely makes sense. I can imagine being that numb. I can’t imagine being that hateful.
the next time someone has a bathroom opinion, just for fun, i'm gonna ask them to tell me in 1 complete sentence what they think the CIA does on a daily basis besides "they are spies" 💀
I have never met a trans person and know little except for one thing. They are strong, kind, understanding, and don't tell others how to live. I think we could all use a lesson from them.
