Um freedom of religion doesn't mean other people have to agree with or follow our beliefs, folks. Not sure what's so difficult to understand about that.

Its kinda funny how almost all colonial/semi-colonial projects get justified by some form of "God said we could have it" even going back as far as the 1400s
So, to be clear, you are saying that Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy, etc. that exist in the Christian bible are **NOT** translated from the Tanakh/Hebrew bible?
Not at all. I'll wholly agree that they are TRANSLATED FROM part of the holy writings of Jewish tradition. In that translation, they stop being those things, and in their combination with an entire suite of different writings that tell a different story, the context radically changes the message.
The Bible translates and recontextualizes them in ways that radically divorce them from Judaism, which has changed radically from what it was at the time those books were originally written. Trying to insist that the BIBLICAL versions of these texts are JEWISH is absurd.
I keep trying to explain to people that just because you grew up with a religion that was anti-intellectual and superstitious, it doesn't mean all religion is. But then I see this kind of garbage in the Post and I gotta throw my hands in the air a little
Could someone inform these asshats they all worship the same silly God...honestly it's one thing to be dumb enough to believe in imaginary beings but if you do at least understand it.

I don't know what the law in Israel is on the matter.
OTOH, I know that *international* law is pretty clear, and they're clearly committing genocide.
