A common counter-argument to political stances nowadays is simply, "Westerners, especially white USians, are too stupid for nuance."
Take for example, the question of misogyny in the third world. In the past, the West justified imperialist wars by highlighting this 'backwardness' of the non-West.

The idea of calling an instance of non-western misogyny “part of culture” helps no one except the misogynists.
“if the west has solved homophobia, the east wants to kill all of them”
Or
“If the west is dumb and capitalistic, the east is an agrarian utopia”
Injustice is injustice everywhere

"Can't. Westerners are too stupid for nuance."
"Can't. Westerners are too stupid for nuance, and if you give ANY legitimacy to the idea that other places are bad, they will want to bomb them to dust! We are angry, violent infants!"
"Can't. Too stupid."
ANY social ill. Literally ANY topic that points out how the extractivism and neocolonialism has left much of the non-West impoverished and highly conservative.
"Can't! We're too stupid! We have a bomb reflex!"
