Off to Borough Market on Friday for my annual mind-numbingly expensive fromage et charcuterie expedition. This will be preceded as usual by a trip to Golder's Green for proper bagels.
Had this very discussion at the weekend when my wife reminded me we still had cheese from Christmas in the fridge nearing Easter. Not sure I'd say it had matured, but it had definitely 'changed'.
