I don’t trust a cook who doesn’t appreciate fast food now and then. Plus, I get the vibe that he confidently talks about ALL recipes, even ones he doesn’t really have expertise in, and it makes me pretty skeptical. (He’s butchered some Mexican dishes I know, and did a bad coffee episode)
