(about $2,800-3,000 per month). I could cut this down by about 25-30% by making some compromises but even then. So I've decided to simply rent a studio on an as needed basis by the hour. I'm going to try this for 6 months to see if it's viable. Logistics and calendar flexibility will be a bit

Both ways is renting at the end of the day. It’s essentially lease a space yourself, modify it & use it as a studio or rent time at an established studio. If throughput is high then it makes sense to have your own space. My current business model no longer supports my own place.

challenging, but it's that or a much higher cost. I'll see how this plays out and adjust my rates taking the new cost base into consideration. Now to figure out where to temporarily store all my studio equipment.
