The EO ending Birthright citizenship is of course blatantly unconstitutional, given the 14th amendment of 1868. It also unconstitutionally attempts to overturn the landmark 1898 US v. Wong Kim Ark, a case centered on a California-born son of Chinese immigrants who left the US to visit China.
