Drinking usually every day most of the times 2, rarely 3 cups, maybe thats why it doesn't affect my sleep schedule even if I drink another cup in the evening at 8-9pm. Still usually 2-3pm is the main coffee time to keep awake after lunch.
it looks a good drinking coffee schedule, but for me I can sleep even I drink a cup of coffee before going to bed 😳 I think, I have a high caffeine tolerance.
