They’re called no move, or no trade clauses. They are two separate things, and essentially help the player prevent being traded.

I'm sure every player in the league would prefer to have that clause, and yet only two of them do. Not as easy as you make it sound. Besides, there are several stipulations one has to meet to even qualify in the first place, and Schroder doesn't make that cut.

It is gross what teams can do with players. But the sad truth is, we kind of love it don't we? Waiting to see if a team makes a move to get a player from another team. But, put yourself in that players shoes. They have to decide what to do with every bit of their life they built. It must suck.
