It’s hard not to feel sorry for Sean Dyche, who’s done exactly the job he was hired for & he still might be gone in the summer. But good lord, Everton can be bleak.
Piece from Goodison about the odd liminal space he’s currently in, & Dyche’s future #EFC

9 months before getting the EFC job, he infamously said of EFC, after managing Burnley to a victory over EFC, ‘These don’t know how to win a game’. Now, nearly 2 years in the job, he’s done zero to rectify for that. 1 win in 10. 3 wins all season.

(4 of which were in the same month, which makes the rest of the year look even more bleak).
The man is reportedly the sixth-highest paid manager in the league.
With the takeover behind us, the club can’t fully turn the corner until Dyche is gone and a new footballing structure is in place. That work needs to begin now.
He needs to go.

We went 14 without a win last season. 1 in the last 10 this season and no goals in 7 of those.
He’d be out of a job at any functional club. He would have been last season
And you’re asking should he get ANOTHER??
Shouldn’t get another week.
He cannot train/coach a team to win games, we where dreadful yesterday
He will try and "draw" us to safety
Woeful manager, the players are better than this
i dont think thats good management, at all. /3.
he seems to have an aversion to playing some players (patterson, o'brien) no matter how tired the team is. /2
