I was told that the reason the hat isn't a requirement for taming the reindeer is because it's a random/rare drop and the creators thoughtfully didn't want you to be chained to RNG in order to get this beauty! ❤️🦌

Which also makes it a lot friendlier if you're not up to date given if I remember right the hats keep moving forward. Fucking love it as a tamable tho, would absolutely run and get one.
Took 5 dungeon resets. Notes: COT Old Hillsbrad Foothills dungeon. Enter dungeon, walk past first corner and use macro:
