If the deal goes ahead, will all those opposed to the deal resigned or terminate their freelance contracts to retain their journalistic integrity?
Surely rather than you “compromising the editorial integrity and reputation of journalists”, the sale would compromise the editorial integrity and reputation of the newspaper?
Surely it's possible to form a new organisation with better m&a that prohibit sales and enshrine a more equitable deal for employees
