Because Joe is an actual President who knows what the hell he's doing? Yeah, it would be nice to continue having someone like that in office.

President Biden got it right. If it adds judges where seats are already being held open because they aren't needed, it makes no sense and seems to be purely political. Congress should solve problems instead of creating more.
What started out as a bipartisan Senate bill for the needed expansion in the number of federal courts, after 11/5 became a maga bill in the House to ensure rump could load the federal judiciary. Biden was right to veto.
I know more judges are needed, but if what we get are another dozen or so that are the caliber of Judge Eileen Cannon, if that's the best the Federalist Society can come up with, then the country can wait till a Dem gets in. We need more women and people of color.
