Lawsuits? Where’s the house & senate? Why weren’t they allowed to vote on & approve Doge AFTER they saw a business plan put forth? Or approve an unelected civilian running it? Who approved security clearances for his henchmen hackers? Why didn’t they put restrictions on what access they could have?

Shouldn't attorneys be requesting emergency appeals to SCOTUS to expedite decisions in Trump/Musk mass firings that are illegally destroying departments & agencies, which is a Constitutional right delegated to Congress? Even a negative SCOTUS decision would expedite understanding & further action.
